Update

September 22, 2020

For our current patrons, your pin/password will change to the last 4 digits of your library card. This is due to privacy between our old computer system and the new one.

You will be able to login to the new online catalog with your library card number and the last 4 digits of your library card number as pin/password beginning October 8, 2020.

You will have the ability (and we encourage you) to change your own pin/password the first time you login.

After October 8, the only way staff may know your pin/password is if you ask a staff person to change the pin/password while you are at the library. The new computer system does not ever display the password again. We encourage you to change it again via your login on the online catalog so that nobody will know your pin/password.

AT NO POINT after you change your pin/password via the online catalog, will a staff person be able to tell you your pin/password. (But you will be able to ask them to RESET it – which will require you to come into the library and identify yourself.) We will absolutely NOT reset a password over the phone
